Crystal Blackwood

Crystal Blackwood MSc HRM CIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant Director of HR Operations at RSPCA since September 2024, Crystal has previously held significant positions such as Director of Human Resources & OD at South Bank Colleges and South Bank Academies Trust from July 2022 to September 2024, and Head of HR & OD at South Bank Colleges (Lambeth) within the LSBU Group from 2020 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes multiple HR roles at Lambeth College - The Careers College and a tenure as Human Resource Officer for the National Autistic Society. Crystal's career in human resources began at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities included HR administration. Crystal holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University, completed in 2021.
