Charlie Griffin

Charlie Griffin has a robust background in construction management, currently serving as a Project Manager and formerly as a Project Engineer at South Bay Construction since January 2013. Prior experience includes an internship at Vance Brown, Inc. in 2012, where responsibilities encompassed managing submittals, RFIs, conducting job walks, and participating in subcontractor meetings. Earlier in their career, Charlie held the position of Warehouse Manager at SD Flooring Inc. from June 2005 to August 2011, focusing on inventory management and delivery organization while also attending job walks. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, earned between 2007 and 2012, preceded by graduation from Junipero Serra High School in 2007.
