Jennifer Barnes

Jennifer Barnes has over 20 years of experience in the field of workforce development and offender rehabilitation. Currently serving as Special Project Coordinator for Reentry Services at South Bay Workforce Investment Board since May 2020, Jennifer specializes in fostering collaborations with community stakeholders. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent 18 years as a Parole Officer for the State of California, where extensive experience in the criminal justice system was gained. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, earned in August 1997.
