Karly Welch is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and healthcare staffing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at South Bend Orthopaedic Associates since April 2019, and as a Human Resources Recruiter at Ascendant Orthopedic Alliance since March 2018, Karly has developed expertise in identifying and placing top healthcare talent while managing client relationships. Prior experience includes roles as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where responsibilities encompassed candidate evaluation, facilitating hiring processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, along with operational tasks and payroll management. Karly also has experience in consumer engagement from time spent with Red Bull as part of the Wings Team. Karly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration with a focus on Community Health from Grand Valley State University.
