Clare Gibbons has significant experience in community growth and health-focused development, currently serving as Growth Manager for Communities at South Cambridgeshire District Council since November 2021. Previously, Clare held the position of Program Lead for the Northstowe Healthy New Town partnership, where the Healthy New Town programme, funded by NHS England, aimed to foster a supportive living environment in Northstowe through collaboration among planners, developers, and health services. Prior to this, Clare worked as a Development Officer at South Cambridgeshire District Council from January 2013 to November 2016. Clare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the Royal College of Science at Imperial College, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
