Campus Avenue Apartments (1-bedroom), Bern Street Apartments (2-bedroom), 111 Bern Street (3-bedroom house), and 530 South Campus Avenue (4-bedroom house). South Campus Quarter is family-owned and has offered affordable student rentals for over 75 years.
