Catherine Kennedy is an experienced attorney with a distinguished career in estate planning, probate, and trust law. Since 2009, Catherine has been with Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A., providing counsel on asset management for clients. Catherine is also a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law with the SC Bar since 2004. Prior experience includes serving as a judge for Richland County Probate Court from 1987 to 1999 and as Of Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP from 2000 to 2009. Catherine holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French from the same institution. Catherine's engagement in community service includes being a former Chair of the Ambassadorial Scholarship Committee with the Columbia Rotary Club and an active member of the Scholarship Committee.
