Leslie Osborne

Leslie Osborne is a Public Assistance Specialist at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division since June 2017, possessing a strong background in emergency management and public health. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Saint Louis University, where contributions involved updating alumni databases, conducting surveys, and enhancing the faculty mentoring experience.
