Charles Ambos

Charles Ambos has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Charles is currently the Director of Human Resources at South Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Dominion Energy from 2005 to 2019, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Manager, Corporate Recruiting Supervisor, Senior Corporate Recruiter, and Workforce Planning Specialist III. From 1998 to 2005, they were an HR Business Representative at Southern Company. Charles started their career as a Personal Banker at Wachovia Bank from 1994 to 1998.

Charles Ambos earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel from 1990 to 1994. Charles then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, completing it from 1999 to 2002.

In 2014, Charles Ambos attended Leadership Energy Carolinas for a graduate program, although the field of study is not specified.

Charles Ambos has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2006, they achieved the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Furthermore, in November 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from The Society of Human Resource Management.
