Matthew Sullivan

Matthew Sullivan is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as a Partner at Harvey & Vallini, LLC since November 2018, specializing in real estate transactional law. With extensive experience as a partner at Smith & Sullivan, LLC, from January 2015 to January 2023, Matthew co-owned a law firm that focused on real estate, family law, and estate planning. Matthew also has a significant background in sports officiating, having served as an umpire for both the South Carolina High School League and NCAA since 1999.
