Jose Perez

Dr. Perez has expansive knowledge as a practitioner and experience serving as CMO for 15 years at the sister clinic, Central City Community Health Center. He served as a volunteer for the Faculty Family Medicine Department at USC Keck School of Medicine and participated as a fellow in the 7th cohort of the CHFC Health Care Leadership Fellowship. He has also served on the Clinical Advisory Group, CCALAC, American Academy of Family Practice, and California Academy of Family Practice.
