Jacob Friday

Jacob Friday, CCC, currently serves as a Communications Specialist at South Central Power Company since June 2021. In addition to this role, Jacob has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, teaching Graphic Design I and II during the Fall 2023 term. Previous positions at Mount Vernon Nazarene University include Mathematics Department Assistant, where responsibilities involved assisting faculty with exam grading and proctoring, and Coordinator for The Justice Project, where event organization and marketing focused on social justice topics. Additional experience includes serving as a Mathematics Tutor and a Visual Communications Intern at Shepherd's House Church, where Jacob managed technical aspects of interactive services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Graphic Design and Mathematics from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
