Rick Shintaku

Rick Shintaku has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Rick has held various engineering roles at Geomatrix Consultants, State Water Resources Control Board, and the City of Anaheim, where Rick served as Principal Engineer & Associate Engineer. Currently, Rick is the General Manager at South Coast Water District, overseeing various engineering projects including water, recycled water, local resources, and sewer projects.
