Sarah Harvey

Sarah Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and human resources. As the Principal and Co-Founder of Smith Harvey Associates since August 2010, Sarah has successfully built strong relationships with candidates and clients across various industries. Currently, as the Human Resources and Employee Relations Specialist at South Coastal Animal Health, Sarah oversees employee relations, conducts exit interviews, and promotes positive workplace culture. Previously, Sarah held the position of Vice President at KNF&T Staffing Resources, where Sarah was a top producer and managed a team of recruiters. Earlier in Sarah's career, experience as a Sales Associate at Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day, Inc. involved managing client relationships and trading fixed income and equities. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Denison University.
