Stevie Holmes is a skilled geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the fields of geology and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at the South Dakota Department of Transportation since March 2021, Stevie's expertise includes foundation engineering.
