Laurence Frewin

Laurence Frewin is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in strategic management and governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges (EAUC) and Principal and CEO at South Devon College since February 2010, Laurence has a proven track record in enhancing educational excellence, evidenced by leading a national Beacon Award-winning institution. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director positions at the South West Business Council and Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd since January 2020. Laurence's previous experience includes key managerial roles in various organizations, such as Business Manager at St Katherine's School and School Business Manager at Bristol City Council, along with a longstanding career in banking with NatWest. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership in Education degree from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Certificate of School Business Management from the National College of School Leadership.
