Matt Bryan

Matt Bryan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People at South Devon College since August 2023, Matt previously held the position of Senior People Partner at Corserv Ltd from November 2022 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Matt was the Head of Human Resources & Workforce Development and Human Resources Manager at the Deaf Academy from November 2009 to November 2022, as well as Human Resources Manager at Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education during the same period. Matt's expertise includes drafting and communicating employment policies and managing the complete recruitment process. Educationally, Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Combined Business and Personnel from the University of Plymouth and an Advanced GNVQ in Business from Norwich City College.
