Claire Clarke

Claire Clarke (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at South Downs Leisure since June 2023. Prior to this role, Claire held various positions at Neilson Active Holidays, including People Manager from 2022 to 2023 and from 2017 to 2020. Claire's HR career began at TUI, where responsibilities included managing HR shared services, overseeing learning and development, and leading projects related to organizational development and change management. Additionally, Claire has expertise in developing training materials, interpreting employment legislation, and managing HR operations for international teams. Claire holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire and a BA Honours in International Tourism Management from the University of Brighton.
