Eric Hollingsworth is an accomplished professional in high performance sports management, currently serving as High Performance Director at Vijayi Bharat Sports Academy and High Performance Manager for both South East Melbourne Phoenix and Melbourne United Basketball Club. With extensive experience, including previous roles as High Performance Manager and Head Coach at Athletics Australia, Eric has been instrumental in driving athlete development and performance outcomes. Key achievements include enhancing Australia's international athletics performance and establishing elite development pathways in football. Eric holds a Graduate Diploma in Elite Sports Coaching from the Australian Institute of Sport/Canberra University and has a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Sheffield.
