Danial Arif

Danial Arif is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Operations Control Centre Manager at South East Water since August 2018, where leadership of a team of Operational Technology specialists is central to enhancing operational efficiency through SCADA, IoT solutions, and advanced analytics. Previously, Danial held the position of Operations Analyst at South East Water, focusing on streamlining network operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, Danial contributed to digital transformation efforts for Victoria's water utilities as the Deputy Program Manager for Digital Metering with Intelligent Water Networks from December 2020 to April 2023. Earlier roles include working as a Field Engineer and Maintenance Assistant Engineer at ENGIE, where responsibilities encompassed managing field operations and conducting maintenance activities at power and water treatment facilities. Danial earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology between 2010 and 2014.
