Mary Kipouropoulos

Mary Kipouropoulos has extensive experience in program management and risk transformation across multiple financial and utility sectors. Currently serving as Program Management Lead at South East Water since January 2022, Mary focuses on formalizing frameworks and processes to enhance asset management for customer satisfaction and environmental protection. Previously, at NAB from 2007 to 2021, Mary held various significant roles including leading the People & Culture Transformation initiative, and the design of enterprise governance frameworks. Mary also directed technology audit functions and managed operational risk and compliance activities. Early in the career, Mary provided consulting services at PwC, contributing to major banking and telecommunications projects. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business in Computing (with Distinction) from Phillip Institute of Technology, Melbourne.
