Matthew Holmes

Matthew Holmes is an experienced delivery manager currently leading the Treatment and Technology team at South East Water, focusing on capital upgrades for Circular Economy assets. Prior experience includes a managerial role in water treatment planning and various leadership positions at Melbourne Water, responsible for significant operational aspects of water supply and asset management. Matthew's career also includes a mechanical engineering role at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where involvement spanned utilities, government, and energy sectors, as well as a commissioning engineer position on the Victorian Desalination Project. Matthew holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Pure and Applied Mathematics from Monash University.
