Directors

The Directors team at the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust oversees and manages the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the Trust. This team includes key leaders responsible for different sectors such as estates services, planning and informatics, primary care, elective and pediatric care, finance and estates, unscheduled care, and adult services including healthcare in prison. They ensure that the Trust delivers safe, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective care while also aiming to improve health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities in partnership with other organizations.
