Herman Heide

Herman Heide has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Herman began their career at 3H Electric in 2003, where they handled various responsibilities including install, sales, and billing. In 2006, they joined JW Electric and Controls as a Site Formen and Job Planner, supervising a team of electricians for new greenhouse builds. Herman worked there until 2013. From 2012 to 2014, Herman worked at Cs Wind Canada, initially as a Maintenance Electrician and later promoted to Senior Electrician. In 2014, they moved to Darpa Systems/IZA Design Manufacturing as a Project Manager, focused on plant production. Starting in 2016, they joined Ideal Power and Control as a Project Manager and Operations Manager simultaneously. Herman was responsible for managing projects and overseeing operations until 2019. Presently, Herman is employed as a Project Manager at South Essex Fabricating Inc, where they have been since 2019.

Herman Heide attended St. Clair College from 2003 to 2008 and obtained a Red Seal Trade Electrical degree in Electrician. Prior to that, they attended Bleinheim High School, although no information regarding years of enrollment or degree obtained is available.
