Penny Bernath

Penny Bernath is an experienced education professional, currently serving as the Education Services Manager at WPBT Channel 2, where Penny produces educational content for KidVision VPK, a professional development platform for prekindergarten teachers. With a long-standing commitment to Aikido, Penny is a 6th degree black belt and certified instructor under the United States Aikido Federation at Florida Aikikai. Additionally, Penny has expertise in early childhood education, having worked as an Early Education Expert at Nova Southeastern University, where mentorship efforts focused on developing training programs for at-risk preschools. Penny holds a Master's degree in Primary and Early Childhood Education from Nova Southeastern University.
