Kwaku Oben

Kwaku Oben, P.E. is a seasoned water resources professional with extensive experience in water management and engineering. Currently serving as Water Manager at the South Florida Water Management District since March 2020, Kwaku has previously held positions including Project Engineer - Water Resources at AECOM and Senior Water Resources Engineer at Stanley Consultants. Kwaku's career began as a Water Engineer at Civil & Planning Group, followed by a role as Research Assistant at the University of Iowa. Kwaku holds a Master of Science in Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
