Frank Qian

Frank Qian, P.E. is a Water Resources Technical Manager at Woodard & Curran since June 2014, specializing in water resources engineering and planning, as well as integrated surface water and groundwater modeling. Expertise includes the development and utilization of various models and software such as MODFLOW and Integrated Water Flow Model (IWFM). Frank's prior experiences include roles as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley, a Research Assistant at the Center for Research In Energy Systems Transformation, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Berkeley, where Frank worked on projects related to building occupancy sensors and marine larvae navigation, respectively. Frank holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
