Andy Spears

Andy Spears is a Senior DBA at NHS Blood and Transplant, where Andy has been since February 2019. Previously, Andy worked as an Applications and Database Manager at South Gloucestershire Council for over 19 years. Andy has a background in Oracle DBA, PL/SQL Development, server administration, ETL development, and project planning. Prior to their roles in the public sector, Andy worked as a Commercial Analyst at Rolls Royce and as a Scientific Officer at Met Office. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Exeter.
