Ashley Vaughan currently serves as the Group Head of Apprenticeships for Marine, Engineering, and Electrical at South Hampshire College Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Quality Supervisor for an electrical contractor since July 1997 and has been a Crew Manager at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) at Station 36 Alresford since September 2005, focusing on community safety. Additionally, Ashley was the Head of Electrical, Carpentry and Sustainability as well as the Curriculum Manager for Electrical at Eastleigh College from September 2003 to March 2024. Education includes studies at Eastleigh College from 1992 to 1995 and the University of Surrey.
