Holly-jane Smalley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in apprenticeship management and quality assurance within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Apprenticeships at South Hampshire College Group since February 2024, Holly-jane previously held the position of Head of Apprenticeship Operations at Fareham College from November 2022 to February 2024. Holly-jane has also worked as a Quality Improvement Manager for Royal Navy Apprenticeships at Capita and as an Operations Manager at DA TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY LIMITED. Additional roles include Head of Apprenticeships, Quality and Compliance at WISER ACADEMY, Quality Assurance Officer and Quality Coach at Eastleigh College, and a Tutor at City College Southampton, specializing in painting and decorating and Maths Functional Skills. Earlier in the career, Holly-jane worked as a painter and decorator at Crest Nicholson plc and R J Green Decorating.
