Jinal Desai currently serves as an Information Technology Technical Analyst at South Hampshire College Group, starting in September 2023. Previously, Jinal held the position of Senior Executive at Vodafone from January 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing office relocation projects for UK enterprise customers, setting up various networking lines, and configuring network devices. Jinal also developed the Mini Client desktop application, enhancing calling capabilities integrated with Vodafone solutions. Additional roles included credit administration and reporting on client and schedule adherence metrics. Jinal holds a Master's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor's degree from Alpha College of Engineering.
