Stuart Noyce

Stuart Noyce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community services and management within local government. Currently serving as the Head of Community Services at South Hams District Council & West Devon Borough Council since December 2023, Stuart previously held the position of Assistant Director at Somerset West and Taunton from August 2020 to October 2023.
