Kendall Richards

Kendall Richards currently serves as the Assistant Principal at South Huntington Union Free School District since July 2021, having previously held the position of Administrative Dean within South Huntington School District from August 2018 to July 2021. Prior to these roles, Kendall spent eight years at Success Academy Charter Schools, where responsibilities included Assistant Principal and Dean of Scholars. Academic leadership experience also includes serving as the Eta Theta Lambda Chapter President for Alpha Phi Alpha from September 2010 to June 2012 and working as a School Social Worker in Rockville Centre School District from September 2002 to June 2010. Kendall holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Walden University and a MSW in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, both from Stony Brook University. Responsibilities encompass overseeing school culture, disciplinary policies, special-needs services, and fostering family communication, with a commitment to raising academic standards and enhancing student achievement.
