Cynthia Fendrick

Cynthia Fendrick, MBA, ACHE, serves as the Market Director for Behavioral Health at UHS, overseeing Physician and Provider services across multiple facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware since August 2011. Cynthia has been instrumental in the implementation of the Eastern Pennsylvania Physician Alliance (EPPA), enhancing behavioral health staffing and billing services. Previous roles include Administrative Director of Physician Services, where leadership was provided in medical staff operations and regulatory compliance, and Quality Assurance Coordinator, focusing on performance improvement programs. Additionally, Cynthia holds a position on the Board of Trustees for South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, contributing to governance in behavioral health services. Prior experience includes strategic marketing at MKTG INC and laboratory management at the National Disease Research Interchange. Cynthia's academic credentials include an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Scranton and a BS in Biology and Spanish from Ursinus College.
