Andrel Smith

Andrel Smith, MSHRM, currently serves as a Senior Talent Attraction Partner at South Jersey Industries, where responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment for various roles and ensuring compliance with union contracts. Previously, Andrel held the position of Senior Hiring Specialist at GEICO, managing the recruitment process for entry-level to managerial positions, as well as working as a Claims Trainer, where the focus was on employee training and development. Andrel also has experience as a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing the lifecycle of insurance claims. Andrel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
