Erin Rynkiewicz

Erin Rynkiewicz, SHRM-CP, MSHRD, currently serves as a Labor Relations Specialist at South Jersey Industries, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Erin was a Human Resources Generalist at Vi, where responsibilities included sourcing and recruitment for various positions and partnering on talent development and DEI initiatives. Prior experience at South Jersey Industries as a Human Resources Specialist involved full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions and strategic advising on job market trends and diversity. Additional roles at Six Flags contributed to expertise in HR training, performance management, and employee engagement, culminating in two Supervisor of the Day awards. Erin holds a Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resources Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Rutgers University.
