Laurice Ray

Laurice Ray, MS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2010 to 2012, Laurice worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst at CIGNA. In 2012, they joined GeoBlue as a Claims Analyst/Coordination of Benefits Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of Learning and Development Specialist, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing various training activities. Laurice then became a Learning and Development Program Manager, overseeing training initiatives across departments. Currently, Laurice is at South Jersey Industries, where they have held roles as a Talent Management Specialist Senior and now lead as a Talent Management Specialist Lead since October 2023.

Laurice Ray holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management/Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which was obtained from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, Laurice completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Rowan University from 1994 to 1998.
