Marie Berdini

Marie Berdini, SPHR has over 30 years of work experience in various HR and consulting roles. Marie most recently served as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at South Jersey Industries, where they provided generalist HR support and executed business strategies through people initiatives. Prior to that, Marie worked as a Healthy Lifestyle Coach and HR Consultant, assisting clients with nutrition and wellness goals. Marie also held the position of Vice President, HR & Talent Management at Infragistics, Inc., leading HR practices and providing support to a global employee population. Marie has a strong background in HR leadership, having served as Director, Human Resources at Ulticom, Inc. and held earlier roles at Lockheed Martin Technology Services and General Electric Government Services. Marie began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Ambler Organizational Consultants. Throughout their career, Marie has focused on developing and implementing HR strategies, cultivating exceptional employee relations, and fostering organizational growth.

Marie Berdini, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University - Camden. Prior to their university education, they obtained a Diploma from Bishop DuBourg High School. Additionally, they have achieved two certifications: SPHR from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in January 2014, and Healthy Mind & Body Coach from Growth-U, obtained in August 2017.
