Rutzmoser Scott

Rutzmoser Scott has extensive experience in geospatial technology and application administration, currently serving as Application Administrator IV at South Jersey Industries since May 2020, focusing on ESRI Enterprise architecture and system integration. From September 2011, Rutzmoser has also acted as a GIS Consultant for Bethlehem Township, managing GIS databases and workflows for geospatial data collection. Previous roles include GIS Consultant - Infrastructure Portal Lead at Critigen, Senior Geospatial Specialist at Lehigh University, and VP of Web Application Development at GISTech Solutions. Rutzmoser has a solid educational background with a Master’s in Environmental Science from The University of Charleston and a Bachelor's in Marine Science from Kutztown University.
