Sheree Lynn Kelly

Sheree Lynn Kelly serves as Regulatory Affairs Counsel at South Jersey Industries since October 2021, following a lengthy career at PSEG from July 1997 to September 2021, where Sheree held positions including Associate Regulatory Counsel and Assistant General Regulatory Counsel within the Regulatory Group. Demonstrating strong legal expertise, Sheree manages a wide array of complex regulatory matters related to federal and state electric utility regulations, focusing on negotiating agreements for various solar projects. Sheree holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Rutgers University.
