Heather Green

Heather Green has been working at South Kesteven District Council since October 2003. Currently serving as the Licensing Team Leader, Heather oversees various licenses and consents. Additionally, Heather has held roles such as Commercial Officer, Business Knowledge and Innovation Officer, Benefits Manager, and Fraud Investigator. Prior to working at the council, Heather was a Senior Technical Claims Handler and Commercial/Personal Insurance Underwriter at RSA. Heather holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nottingham Trent University.
