Kirby Sims

Kirby Sims is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, holding ownership positions in multiple establishments including The Chapel Athens, Georgian Hall, South Kitchen and Bar, and Trappeze Pub since 2014. Prior to this, Kirby served as President, Founder, and CEO of HPI Direct from 1993 to 2017. Kirby's educational background includes studies at The University of Georgia from 1990 to 1991 and graduation from North Springs High School in 1989.
