Jim Wagner

Jim Wagner is an experienced Chief Information Officer at SMOC since February 2012. Previously, Jim served as an IT Consultant and Project Manager at GTC Biotherapeutics from May 2001 to July 2011, where key responsibilities included leading ERP migration projects, specifically from MS Dynamics SL to NetSuite, and managing the IPT System Migration project to implement Avaya systems with SIP trunking technology. Additionally, Jim held the position of Senior Director of Information Technology, overseeing strategic planning, implementation, and support of corporate IT infrastructure. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University between 1984 and 1989.
