Joe Maher

Joe Maher is an experienced operations manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in facility management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) since December 2013, responsibilities include coaching and training maintenance teams to enhance property maintenance and tenant relations. As the owner-operator of Trix2Fixit HandyMan Services, Joe oversees marketing, estimating, and service delivery within the community. Previous roles include General Manager at Hudson Hillside, where Joe managed nine properties and a team while fostering community improvements, and New Restaurant Opening General Manager at Applebee's, responsible for launching new locations and hiring staff. Joe also held a position as Control Specialist at IBM, managing crisis protocol and security. Education includes studies at Framingham State College and Northeastern University.
