David Clements

David Clements is a skilled professional with extensive experience in compliance, security, and scuba instruction. Currently serving as a Compliance and Training Officer at South Norfolk Council since October 2022, David also holds the position of Security Specialist at the Ministry of Defense since July 2016. As a Master Instructor at The Dive Inn since July 2017 and a PADI Master Instructor at Christal Seas Scuba for seven years prior, David has taught a wide range of scuba diving courses up to professional levels. Additional roles include Help Desk Manager at EIAT UK LTD and various instructional positions in diving at Joint Services Sub-aqua Dive Centre and Adventurous Training Centre. With past experience as a Credit Hire Claims Analyst and Information Compliance Officer, David brings a diverse skill set to their professional endeavors.
