Ian Shiels

Ian Shiels has extensive experience in project management and support in public sector organizations, spanning over three decades. Ian has served as Project Office Coordinator at South Norfolk Council since March 2016 and previously held roles including Project Support Officer for NHS National Services Scotland and Project Manager for NHS Health Scotland, NHS Tayside, and the Scottish Government. During Ian's tenure in these positions, responsibilities included managing various projects such as website redesigns and healthcare IT applications, notably with the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service. Ian holds professional qualifications in project management and business analysis and earned a BA in Economics and Social Studies from The University of Manchester.
