Jeff Underwood is a seasoned attorney with a comprehensive background in real estate law and asset disposition. Currently serving as Managing Attorney at South Oak Title since September 2021, Jeff previously worked at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. from March 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included representing national lenders in the disposition of REO assets. Prior to that, as an Equity Partner at Sirote & Permutt PC from April 2002 to March 2020, Jeff directed the firm's REO department and played a key role in rewriting Alabama's manufactured housing titling law. Jeff's experience also includes serving as In House Counsel in the Compliance Financial Institutions Insurance department at Protective Life and working at SouthTrust Bank as a Mobile Home Collector. Jeff holds a BS in Public Administration - Pre Law from Auburn University, earned between 1984 and 1989, and is a graduate of Huffman High.
