Andrew Szusterman

Andrew Szusterman is an experienced media executive currently serving as the Managing Director of South Pacific Pictures Ltd since January 2020. Previously, Andrew held several prominent roles at MediaWorks NZ from February 2002 to July 2019, including Chief Content Officer - TV, Group Entertainment Content Director, and Co-Executive Producer of The X Factor New Zealand. Additional positions at MediaWorks NZ encompassed Group Programme Director for Radio Music Brands, Network Executive for New Zealand's Next Top Model, Associate Director of Programming for TV3 and C4, Director of C4, and Program Director for Channel Z. Andrew's early career included a role as Head of Music for MTV UK and Northern & Eastern Europe from January 2000 to January 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington and ongoing studies at CPIT, along with attending Scots College Wellington and Wellington College.
