Abby Chao

Abby Chao is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple companies. Currently a member of South Park Commons since September 2024, Chao previously served as CEO of Record360, where the focus was on aiding asset management for high-value equipment, culminating in an acquisition by Point of Rental Software. In addition, Chao held CEO and board positions at e-Courier Software and PackageRoute Inc., enhancing last-mile delivery operations. As Co-Founder and COO of CollegeBacker, Chao contributed to simplifying college savings for families. Earlier experiences include roles at Ulu Ventures, Earnest LLC, and Swell, as well as a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company. Abby Chao holds an MBA from Stanford University, a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall, and has completed programs at Codesmith and the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
