Mike Hinckley

Mike Hinckley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, product management, and policy advising. Currently a Member at South Park Commons and a Venture Partner at Velocity Fund, Hinckley collaborates with successful founders to invest in early-stage technology companies. As the Founder and Coach of the Growth Equity Interview Guide since 2017, Hinckley has assisted numerous candidates in securing positions within growth and venture capital firms. Previous roles include Venture Capital Investment Scout at SHL Capital, Product Manager at Airbnb, Co-Founder of Aberdeen & Company, Policy Advisor in the Obama Administration, Growth Equity Investor at General Atlantic, and Investment Banker at Deutsche Bank. Hinckley holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Amherst College.
